Since 1997

Whitestone Bagel Factory opened its doors in 1997 with a simple mission: to bring authentic, old-fashion water boiled bagels to the Whitestone community. What started as a small neighborhood bakery has grown into a beloved local institution.

Our commitment to traditional baking methods sets us apart. Every morning before dawn, our bakers hand-roll each bagel, boil them in water (the old-fashioned way), and then bake them to golden perfection. This time-honored process creates the distinctive chewy texture and crispy crust that our customers love.

We source our ingredients from trusted local suppliers and make our cream cheese spreads fresh daily. From our signature Everything bagel to our house-made Scallion cream cheese, every item reflects our dedication to quality and flavor.
